The mat
What is AROVA?
A full-size workout mat that folds into a slim block and straps over your shoulder. Take it to class, the gym, a hotel or the park, hands-free.
How big is it, open and folded?
Open, it's a standard full-size mat. Folded, it's about the size of a laptop bag.

What's it made of?
A dual-layer TPE blend with a grippy, textured base layer.
How does it fold?
It's made of 12 even panels, two across and six down, with rounded grooves between them. It folds flat like a book and opens straight back out.
Do you feel the folds?
Barely, if at all. The grooves between the panels are rounded, so the mat lies flat once it's open.
How do I carry it?
A cream strap clips on and a magnetic snap keeps it closed. Wear it on your shoulder or slip it into a tote.
How is it different from a travel mat?
Most travel mats are 1 to 2 mm thick and roll up, so you give up cushioning to make them portable. AROVA is a full 8 mm and folds flat, so you don't have to choose.
Is it just for yoga?
No. It works for yoga, pilates, stretching and floor workouts: anything you'd use a full-size mat for.
What colour is it?
Deep bottle green with the AROVA logo.

When can I get one?
We launch on Kickstarter in November. Backers get early-backer pricing during the campaign, and mats ship after the campaign ends.
How much will it cost?
US$109.99 (CA$155) at retail after Kickstarter. Backers pay less during the campaign.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
